Due to growth, we are seeking a Director of Sales based in our Corporate Headquarters location in Charlotte, NC that will be responsible for driving and managing sales for our entire company.

In this key customer-facing, sales management position, your primary function is to work closely with our company-wide Sales Team to improve sales performance.  You will set goals and expectations, establish training and recognition programs and directly coach, develop and manage sales representatives to achieve stated goals and obtain expected quotas. 
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running day one!  The ideal candidate will have sales management in the Commercial Staffing Industry – specifically with Light Industrial, Onsite Programs/MSP, Clerical/Admin and/or Accounting/Finance. The position reports directly to the CEO and COO.
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure team's sales objectives are achieved
  • Hire, coach and develop sales team
  • Develop new sales processes that increase revenue and profitability
  • Manage all existing and new accounts in territory
  • Keeping abreast of current industry market trends
  • Work closely with executive management 
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ successful management experience in leading and developing remote sales teams
  • Minimum 5 years of successful outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience in selling human capital solutions required
  • Experience with sales forecasting and developing sales quotas and processes
  • Active listener
  • Flexible, personable, and tenacious
  • Proven track record in managing accounts and building relationships
  • Excellent coaching and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable car with minimum insurance that meets company requirements
