Due to extreme demand, we are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the greenfield territory that covers the Northern Mid-West and the Northeast sections of United States.

In this key sales position, you will be responsible for hunting and selling IHA business “owner/operator” opportunities to individuals interested in owning a business.  To be successful in this position, you must be money motivated, have a hunter mentality and have a relatable spirit to an entrepreneur.  Our typical IHA “owner/operators” that you will be prospecting may include car wash owners, franchise owners, vending business owners, high net worth individuals as well as many other entrepreneurial people groups. 
You must have a keen ability to qualify a prospect, create a value proposition and then quantify our impressive upside “recurring revenue” model to prospective customers.  Approximately 60-70% of our sales process can often be achieved over the phone.  After the initial qualifying over the phone, you will often need to meet prospective owners in person to help close the deal.  In addition, you may also be involved with the site and lease negotiations, permitting, training, and technical support. 
Successful employees have had backgrounds in franchise sales, business opportunity sales, capital equipment sales, or a sale that involves a long sales cycle.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years successful outside sales experience – selling franchises/business opportunities or high-end capital goods a strong plus
  • Documented records of sales achievements – with strong success in handling much of the sales process over the phone
  • Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills
  • Earnings history in excess of $70K
  • Self-starter with experience and success working from a remote office
  • Clean driving record
  • Available for 30-40% travel
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
